Fun and viewer review
One of the weaker episodes; really an Alfred Hitchcock Presents ep padded out for the one-hour show. The dramatic principle of a seance story is one seance is enough, usually the climax of the narrative. Hitch's appearances are not as well scripted, not as funny, as his appearances on the half-hour show. Anyone notice he tends to speak faster in the hour shows than in the half-hour shows? He doesn't seem to be enthused as much as in the half hour shows. The writing for him is also inferior.
